This presentation will explore some of the current issues and uses with social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, wikis and anything else that has appeared by July. It will examine how they are being used in different contexts for personal use, study and in the workplace. The Prime Minister of Australia has some 900,000 Twitter followers, so the community is engaging in these social media for government and business purposes, not just for social use. |
